Since launch CleverstiX have had an increasing amount of feedback received from customers who are parents or grandparents of children with conditions that can affect motor skills and hand-eye co-ordination such as Dyspraxia/DCD and Autism. They have stated how helpful CleverstiX have been for those youngsters who otherwise struggle with conventional cutlery and indeed how potentially beneficial they thought our products could be for other children with similar Special Needs.
This has now culminated in an invitation from The Dyspraxia Foundation to demonstrate our products at the Annual General Meeting & Summer Conference on Saturday where many paediatric therapy professionals will be in attendance. The event takes place at The Norton Rose Fulbright building, London SE1.
The Dyspraxia Foundation is a UK wide charity, founded in 1987 as the Dyspraxia Trust by two mothers who met at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children.
The Dyspraxia Foundation commits to making the teaching and medical professions more aware of dyspraxia; and to spread understanding of how those who have the condition can be helped.
