Cancelling/Changing an Order
We respect our customers rights to cancel an order – but because we work hard to ensure speedy delivery of your order, it may not always be possible to prevent it from being dispatched. If you do find that you need to cancel or change an order simply contact us using the form here

Please always quote your order number, contact details and a brief description of the problem so we can get back to you if we can’t immediately meet your request, or resolve the problem. Alternatively, email us through the Contact Us page.

Returns Policy – 14 Day Cooling Off
You have a legal right to a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period and can return your goods at any time during that period without question. Please Contact Us via the form here  We will respond with returns authorisation instructions within 48 hours (Monday-Friday excluding Public Holidays).
Returns Policy – Exchanges
As our products are not fashion or perishable goods, we are happy to exchange products. Most of our products can be returned to stock and re-sold. Please Contact Us via the form here.  We will respond with returns authorisation instructions within 48 hours (Monday-Friday excluding Public Holidays). Whether items are being returned under 14 Day Cooling Off or for an Exchange, they must be returned, allowing us to re-sell the product. Unless otherwise agreed we will refund the value of the merchandise/products, but postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be sent to us:
  1. un-used
  2. with the original packaging
  3. including a copy of your invoice (via email if you are unable to print)
Faulty Goods During First 30 Days
If your purchase arrives and is faulty – and not as the result of negligent use – then you may return your goods to us within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a refund. Please Contact Us via the form here.
Include your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with returns authorisation instructions within 48 hours (Monday-Friday excluding Public Holidays). We will reimburse the cost of the goods and the original postal/shipping charges. We will also reimburse you for return shipping/postal charges if you contact us before returning goods and follow the returns instructions. If you have nominated a replacement, rather than refund the procedure is the same. We will of course bear the cost of re-sending a replacement to you.
Faulty Goods Outside First 30 Days
If your purchase develops a fault after 30 days – and not as the result of negligent use, please Contact Us via the form here.  Include your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with returns authorisation instructions within 48 hours (Monday-Friday excluding Public Holidays). At our discretion we may repair or replace the faulty items and bear the cost of sending your replacement or repaired products, rather than offer a refund. Providing we are contacted before good are returned, we will also refund the return shipping/postage charges, providing the returns instructions are followed. If an item is returned, which in our opinion is not faulty we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item(s).
